Terms of Service

1. Licence

A purchase grants one personal, non-transferable licence to run the software on machines you
control. Monthly and yearly licences remain valid while the subscription is active. Lifetime
licences do not expire. Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing or publishing the software or
its licence keys is not permitted.

2. Permitted use

You are responsible for confirming that automated play is allowed by the casino you use and by
the law where you live. StakeProSoft does not operate any casino, does not hold customer funds
and has no control over any gaming account.

3. No guarantee of results

The software automates decisions and actions in games of chance. It does not alter game
outcomes, house edge or randomness. No representation is made that any product will produce a
profit, and past session results do not predict future ones.

4. Age and eligibility

The software may only be purchased and used by adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum
gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Delivery

Products are digital and delivered by e-mail immediately after payment. You are responsible for
providing a working e-mail address and for keeping your licence key.

6. Updates and availability

Casinos change their interfaces without notice, which can temporarily break a build. Fixes are
issued as new versions to active licence holders. A product may be retired if the target game or
casino stops being supportable.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StakeProSoft is not liable for gambling losses, account
restrictions or closures, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the
software. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence in question.

8. Termination

A licence may be terminated without refund if the software is redistributed, reverse-engineered
for redistribution, or used to attack or defraud a third party.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Checkout is handled by our store provider under its own
terms of service in addition to these.
