Digital delivery is instant, which limits refunds — but not to zero. Here is exactly
where the line sits.
When a refund applies
- The download link or licence key never worked and support could not fix it
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The product does not run at all on a supported Windows version after a support session
When it does not
- Losing money during a session — the software automates play, it does not change the odds
- A casino restricting or closing an account for automated play
- Changing your mind after the licence key has been issued and used
- Not having a machine that can keep a browser session open
How to request one
Mail [email protected] within 14 days of
purchase with your order number and a description of the fault. Approved refunds are returned to
the original payment method, normally within five working days.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a monthly or yearly licence stops the next renewal. The current period runs to its end
and is not refunded pro-rata.
