Support
Most first sessions fail for one of four reasons. Work through this page first —
and for searchable guides, screenshots and live chat, use the help centre.
Installing
-
Download from the order mail
The link arrives immediately after payment. If it did not, check spam, then mail support with your order number.
-
Unblock the installer
Windows SmartScreen flags small-publisher software. Right-click the file, open Properties and tick Unblock, then run it.
-
Enter your licence key
The key is tied to your order. Keep the mail — it is also how you reinstall after a Windows rebuild.
-
Run a test session
Start with the smallest bet the casino allows and a short session limit. Confirm the bot places and reads bets correctly before scaling up.
Common problems
The bot opens but does not place bets
Nine times out of ten the browser window is not at the size the bot expects, or the casino
layout changed after an update. Reset the window to the default size, make sure the game is
fully loaded before starting the run, and check that no browser zoom other than 100% is set.
Login fails with two-factor enabled
Builds that support 2FA need the code entry field visible on screen at the moment of login.
Do not minimise the window during the login step. If your account uses an authenticator app,
allow a few extra seconds in the login delay setting.
The session stopped early
That is usually the safety layer doing its job — either the balance stop-loss, the bet
stop-loss, or the daily win target triggering a logout. Check the log window; the reason is
printed there before the bot shuts down.
It works on my PC but not on the VPS
Click automation needs a real desktop session. On a VPS, connect over VNC rather than an RDP
session that disconnects, because a minimised or disconnected RDP desktop stops rendering and
the bot has nothing to click.
I need to move the licence to a new computer
Mail support from the address you ordered with and include the order number. Licence moves
between your own machines are free.

Search the help centre
first — most answers are already written up there with screenshots. If it is not covered, write to
[email protected] with the product name, your
order number, your Windows version, and a screenshot of the bot window including any error text.
